Michele Spilberg Hart, MA

Michele Spilberg Hart, MA, is a freelance editor, non-profit director, and yoga teacher. She graduated from the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York, with degrees in Anthropology and Journalism and from Emerson College, Boston, Massachusetts, with a Master of Arts degree in Writing & Publishing.

At Emerson she served as head proofreader of the Beacon Street Review. Following graduation Michele edited several medical journals in the Boston area, was on staff as a copy editor at a Boston area paper, and wrote many press releases, reviews, articles, and marketing materials for a variety of publications and corporations. She has more than seven years of experience in corporate marketing communications and 10 years working in the non-profit world.

She is also a registered yoga teacher, completing her 200-hour study with Natasha Rizopoulos, as well as Relax and Renew Training with Judith Hanson Lasater, PhD.
